Why smoke (2) ?

Zaobao reported about the harm of 2nd hand smoke on 4 June 2009. It shared that 2nd hand smoke has 400 types of chemicals that could cause cancer. The report ended by encouraging smokers to be more considerate and responsible for theirs friends/family members.



If the smokers are considerate and responsible, they should not have taken up the habit of smoking at all in the first place. We can only encourage them to smoke less and be more mindful whenever they smoke that they are "poisoning" a lot of people around them. The second best is for the smokers to smoke when there is nobody around them. It is definitely not so easy as Singapore is a small country.
